RETURNS
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect.
Being unused, unopened, or not to the customer's personal preference does not qualify the item for a return.
Proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the issue are required.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error on our part.
Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages, Defects & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-returnable Items
Customized or personalized products, except when they arrive damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect.
Exchanges
As all products are customized, exchanges are not available.
If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or error, a replacement will be provided or a refund issued, depending on the case.
European Union – Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request to let you know if the refund or replacement has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
